List of Possible Reasons of Davao City Bombing
Filipinos were shocked when the bad news hit the television, radio, and social media headlining the Davao City's bombing happened at Roxas Avenue on September 2, Friday night.
14 confirmed dead and dozens were injured after an unidentified bomb blasted right in the front of Night Market near Ateneo de Davao last night. The authorities as well as the civilians were alarmed about the incident in the said city.
The type of blaster is still unknown but the army investigator recovers sharpnels in the site of bombing which could give some hints to what type of bomb have been used.
People around began making guess to the reason of bombing, here are some:
1. The bombing is a diversion of the people's attention towards the issue of illegal drugs being linked to big personalities in our country (same event to the Zamboanga seige during the case of pork barrel).
2. Davao city is the president's home so it could be the retalliation of his enemies on his war against drugs.
3. This incident could be the said threat few months ago from the ISIS.
4. It could also be blamed to the ASG but it seems vague to explain how because this terrorist group is under siege by the AFP since the past days, so less chance for them to roam around in cities.
Whatever the reason of this devilish act, our country needs our unity to fight this crisis and may God help our people to overcome this struggle.
